Not only does the glass has in key features of other google functionalities i.e being able to view social media, text, google maps (GPS) also being able to take photo's and getting the latest updates while your on the ground. My guess is that google has just produced the world's first spy glass :-) . This is so amazing that, this form of technology is a live stimulation of real life educational application. This is has being tested by skydivers and creatives. Currently the device is only available to some developers with the price tag of $1500, but expect other tech companies trying it out and building an affordable consumer version.
